Sandi, a lifelong resident of Saginaw passed away June 5, 2018. She was born April 4, 1947 to the late Russell and Edna Wildey in Saginaw Michigan.
Sandi graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School in 1966, married Kim Davenport in 1966, and they had one son, Tracey, in 1969.
Sandi took early retirement at age 55 from SBC (Ameritech) where she was a long standing member of the ATT-Communications Workers of America Union and was forever known to friends and family as 'Meritech' in retirement. Throughout her retirement, she was an active member and volunteer of Moose 420 - Women of the Moose, American Legion Post 439, Eagles, and the VFW. Sandi was a member of the congregation and supporter at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, attending regularly on Mondays. In her spare time, she loved playing cards with family and friends along with owning a number of dogs (Brandi, Billy Bob, Travis and Chico).
She is survived by her son Tracey (Cheryl) Davenport; siblings, Dennis (Wanda) Wildey, William (Ann) Wildey and Raymond (Michelle) Wildey; six nieces and nephews, Jenelle (Patrick) Moore, Jason (Brooke) Wildey, Sarah Wildey, Andrew (Rochelle) Wildey, Kirstyn Wildey, and Brian Wildey; five great nieces and nephews, Tyler, Noah, Kayla, Brandon, and Alana. She will be interred at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Saginaw Michigan. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Memorial Contributions to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 5335 Brockway Road, Saginaw Michigan.
