Obituary of Charles Glen Wisenbaugh

Wisenbaugh,Charles Jr. Pigeon, MI Charles passed away June 29, 2018. Charles was born in Bay Port Michigan on September 23, 1939 to the late Charles and Eva Wisenbaugh. He grew up on a farm in the Stone Quarry area of Bay Port, and worked for Hank Kraft farming prior to working for Vollmer Ready Mix in Pigeon. He liked feeding and watching the birds, squirrels and rabbits, but his greatest joy was his grandchildren. He is survived by his children, Karen M. (Ken) Davis of Caro, Brenda L. Kappen of Freeland, David C. (Karen) Wisenbaugh of Linkville; grandchildren, Eric, Brandon, Neil Jr., Samantha, and Lindsey; step- grandchildren, Kenny, Kelly, Krystal, Kortnie, Kandise; great-grandchildren, Dominic, Gavin, Chloe Jo, Chaynee Ann; step-great-great-grandchildren, Braaden and Talan; siblings, Phyllis (Lyle) Krohn, Dewayne (Sandra) Wisenbaugh; brothers in- law, Don (Theresa) Ruth and Leo (Dee) Ruth; sisters in law, Ilene Johnson, husband Dale, Helen Carpenter, Mary Bivens; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, JoAnn Wisenbaugh; daughter, Tracy Jo Janik; sisters, Jean Adkins, Etta Kunish; brothers in law, Francis, Matthew, Earl, Carl, and Bernard Ruth. Interment will take place in New Bay Port Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
