Vicki and I were cousins;loved her since we were little! She and I had the same sense of humor(kind of "quirky") but we sure understood each other. She was beautiful in EVERY sense of the word. She and I last saw each other at the memorial service for my sister, Sharon, on June 2nd of this year;we sat together and talked and laughed! Never in my wildest dreams did I think that was the last time I would see her. Will miss her FOREVER! Diane L. Fisher Palmreuter

"Miss Vicki" was an amazing lady. I met her when she was at A Cut Above - like someone else, said, she took my platinum color to a more natural hair color! I loved hearing stories and seeing photos of Paws and Omni. When I moved from Midland, I thought of her often. It broke my heart when I heard the news of her death. She made the world a better place and I feel blessed to have met her.

It is with deep sorrow to know that Vicki is no longer with us. I remember her as a gutsy and very caring lady. Years before people dramatically changed the color of their hair, she was the only stylist I could find brave enough to bleach my dark brown hair platinum, just like I wanted. I remember sitting in her chair for years, hours at a time while she discreetly shared her advice and wisdom. It breaks my heart that she is gone. RIP Vicki. You were truly one of a kind.

Vicki and I first met when I started working at Allstate Insurance on S Saginaw Rd. Sheri cut my hair and when she left Vicki. She was hard working, caring and dedicated to those around her and her clients. She always wanted to know how our family and my mother in law was doing. When in the hospital, Vicki would send her a card. She had a loving heart and caring attitude. She cut my hair Saturday morning and said having lunch with a friend. May God bless you and keep you close always!

Marlene, I am so happy that you have adopted Vicki's cat. We knew it was too late to worry about Vicky, and most of us turned the attention to who was taking care of her cat as we knew she would have wanted someone to care for it as much as her. You are a kind soul and I'm sure Vicki appreciates it. Vicki was my first cousin and we use to go visit our Aunt together over in Owosso. We had alot of laughs. Will definately miss her.

I had just recently met Vicki at Lil Chef in Midland. She caught my eye every time she came in because she always looked absolutely beautiful. She was sitting alone once so I stopped and chatted, mostly about her hair and make up always being perfect...she had a good laugh about that. I felt like I had met an old friend, and saw her only a couple times after that. Words cannot express my sorrow over her death, it seems impossible this beautiful person is gone. Hugs and Prayers to her family.

Vicki was a sweetheart, I graduated with her and hadn't seen her since 1962. Ran into her a few years ago in a Midland store. We both recognized each other and talked for over a half hour. (had to explain who she was to the wife). Always so positive and outgoing. Never thought anything like this would happen to her. Gonna miss that cute little smile. Godspeed Vickie....... Norm Cooper
