Obituary of Frank Rosebrugh

Rosebrugh, Frank Lupton, MI Frank Frederick Rosebrugh, age 87, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at his home. Frank was born March 3, 1931 in Rose City to William and Ida (Lovewell) Rosebrugh. He served as an auto serviceman and radio repairman during the Korean War where he was awarded a United Nations Service Medal, Korean Service Medal with 2 camp stars and a National Defense Service Medal. Frank married Veronica (Ronnie) Karbowski in Flint on September 3, 1955. They celebrated 62 wonderful years together. They owned Lovewell's Corner Grocery in Lupton for 25 years. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Ronnie; daughters, Carol Dare, Connie (Henry) Stasiak, Diane (Larry) Denstedt; close friend of the family, Patti Rolfe; and his special companion, his dog Andy; all of Lupton; 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; siblings, Emma Rosebrugh of Lupton, Linda Jaynes of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Paul (Anna) Rosebrugh of Lupton, and Grace (Richard) Dooley of Rose City He was preceded in death by his parents; son, William Karbowski; and siblings, John Rosebrugh and Roxie Baskin. Frank was a very hard-working man who loved spending time with his family. He was jack-of-all-trades and could build or fix just about anything. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. It was Frank's desire to be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 12 Noon at the Rose Township Hall in Lupton.
