Obituary of Ronald L. Vyse

Vyse, Ronald L. Reese Michigan Ronald Vyse, age 89 of Reese, passed away after a short illness. Ronald was great husband, father, and grandfather. Ronald was born on September 12, 1928 in Flint Michigan to Samuel Vyse and Zella (Hall) Vyse. Ron was a carpenter by trade and a member of the Carpenter's Union. Ron later became a precision machinist with Johnson Carbide. Ron was married June 10, 1961 to Caroline (Koopman) Vyse to whom he was married 57 years. Ron was an avid fisherman and hunter. Ron hunted and fished all over the State of Michigan from the Upper Peninsula to the thumb of Michigan. Ron loved to garden and started all of his plants from seed at their home in Reese. Ronald and Carol were "Winter Texans" and enjoyed the warmth of the winter climate in Texas. Ronald is survived by his wife Caroline; children, Janet (Terry) Vyse-Staszak, Samuel Vyse and partner Shannon; grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he adored. Ronald was predeceased by his parents Samuel and Zella (Hall) Vyse; brothers, J.C Vyse and Lloyd Vyse. Honoring Mr. Vyse's wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon, September 8, 2018 at the graveside at Novesta Cemetery, Cass City MI, with a luncheon to follow.
