Obituary of Louise M Dixon
Louise M. Dixon passed away September 21, 2018 at the age of 93. Born to Lester and Clara Heft in Standish, Michigan on March 6, 1925 she moved to Saginaw as a small child. She lived out her last years at Pine Haven Assisted living in Hemlock, MI, where she enjoyed life and made many friends. She loved doing arts and crafts including sewing. She made quilts, which she gave away to family to friends. They are cherished by everyone.
Five of her children survive her, Donald (Mary) Dixon, Phillip (Roz) Dixon and Gwendolyn (George) Silvanic all of Payson, Arizona; Jacalyn (Paul) Averill of Frankfort, Kentucky and Randy (Margaret) Dixon of Hemlock, Michigan. She also leaves 18 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren and 16 great, great grandchildren. Her husband Donald died in 1988 and her daughter Marcena died in 1987. She has one surviving sister, Jane Hebert, in the Villages, Florida. She was predeceased by her sisters Opal Jacobs, Emmajean Weaver and Leona Heft and her brothers Maynard, David, Tom and Robert Heft.
