Mr. Proux, age 78, died on Thursday December 20, 2018. Raymond was born in Saginaw on September 11, 1940 to the late Walter and Mary (Golz) Proux. Raymond retired for GM in Saginaw after over 30 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking. Mr. Proux is survived by his 2 sons; Jeffery (Janine) Proux of Gaylord and Jason Proux of San Antonio, TX. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren; Brandon Proux, Rachel Proux and Ashleigh Proux, 3 sisters and 2 brothers; Marcy Pegley of Midland, Louanne Klonowski of Beaverton, and Maureen (Jim) Bouchey of Midland, Robert (Dorothy)Proux of Beaverton and George (Sophie) Proux of Saginaw. Many nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his son Scott Proux, sister, Marie Poulos and brother Walter Proux. No service is planned at this time. In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or Charity of Donor's Choice.
