Obituary of Carolyn "Kay" A. Ballor

Ballor, Carolyn A. "Kay" Bay City, MI Kay Ballor, age 72, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019. She was born on May 7, 1946 in Bay City to the late Oscar and Freida (Mossner) Haberland. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and graduated from Handy High School with the class of 1964. She enjoyed staying busy and selling dream homes throughout the years. She also enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, home projects, gardening, and being with her dogs Gucci and Sassie girl. She is survived by her two daughters, Bethany S. Chapman and Wendy S. Chapman; their father Michael T. Chapman; two grandchildren, Justin J. VanTol and Michael W. Wiggins; one great grandchild, Bryce M. Wiggins; her sister, Lorna Rodriguez; several nieces and nephews; two life-long friends, Robert Lewicki and Vicki Webster; along with a host of extended family and friends. Kay was predeceased by her sister Janette (Guy) Eddy, and her three brothers James (Dee) Haberland, Gerald "Jerry" (Nicki) Haberland, and Richard "Rich" "Butch" (Karen) Haberland. A life celebration will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to The Bay County Humane Society as she loved animals.
