Obituary of Samuel Otto Soper
Samuel Otto Soper of Bad Axe Michigan, age 58, passed away February 11, 2019 at McLaren Bay Region after a long fight with liver cancer. Sam was born December 26, 1960 in Bad Axe MI to the late Jim and Greta Soper. Sam served his country and was a veteran of the United States Navy and a former employee of Gemini Plastics.
Surviving are his wife, Rose Soper; sons, Jason Lawhorn of Moran MI and Derek Soper of Bad Axe MI; five grandchildren, Logan Trimble, Kaden Lawhorn, Savanah Lawhorn, Cameron Soper, and Bentley Lawhorn; brothers, James Soper, Jerry (Janet) Soper, Clarence Soper; and sisters, Cathy (Dan) Abraham and Karen (Bill) Jurgess. He was predeceased by his sister Peggy Arntz and brother Pete Soper.
