Obituary of Ronald H. Wells

Wells, Ronald Henry Midland, Michigan Passed away peacefully on March 16, 2019 at the age of 83 years. He was born on November 10, 1935 to the late Harry Arthur and Nellie Irene Wells (Garbutt), in Saginaw, MI. Ronald was an intelligent, unique, generous, wise, and eccentric gentleman. He worked as a pattern maker in shops throughout Michigan for many years. Ron was quick to lend a hand to those less fortunate and guide them along life's path. In his spare time he enjoyed auctions, antiquing, gardening, building houses, listening to the Tigers, and recycling. He enjoyed camping in Northern Michigan, he traveled to Arizona many times, and he reminisced often of his trip to Belize where he stayed several months in a palm-thatched palapa hut. Ronald was extremely loving and proud of his three daughters and two sons: Karen (Rick) Zmierski of Punta Gorda, FL, Ron (Beth) Wells Jr of Cloudcroft, NM, Rita Wells of Grand Rapids, MI, Lisa (Brian) Bailey of Sanford, MI, and Joseph Wells in Heaven. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, his morning coffee group and his many friends.
