Obituary of Gregory "Snags T. Duve

Gregory Thomas Duve "Snags" of Bridgeport, Michigan passed away unexpectedly July 25, 2019, age 51. Greg was born in Saginaw on February 21, 1968 to Kay (Bamberg) Duve & the late, Virgil Duve. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Bridgeport. He enjoyed the outdoors, his tractors and his dogs, but most of all being with the love of his life Joyce. Greg and Joyce were married September 18, 2004. He is survived by his wife Joyce (Wietfeldt) Duve, and his mother Kay (Bamberg) Duve. Also surviving are 2 brothers; Brian (Beth) Duve & Kevin (Stacy) Duve, 2 sisters; Julie (Scott) Beutel, Kim (Fred) Green, father in law Richard (Sally) Wietfeldt, brother in law David (Betsy) Wietfeldt, sister in laws; Betty (Brian) Reno, Arlene (Cary) Gillings, step brother in laws; Kirk (Michele) Dittenber, Steve Dittenber, and step sister in law Penny Dittenber. Many loving nieces and nephews; Megan (Kevin) Stark, Jared McNally, Robert (Kasey) Green, Jonah (Chelsea) Green, Kalyn Green, Kevin Duve Jr., Christopher (Alicia) Wietfeldt, Brandon (Jenna) Wietfeldt, Lindsey (Nick) Grillo, Bethany (Tony) Grillo, Alan Reno, Michelle (Jon) Hagler, step nieces and nephews Bonnie, Jessica, Curtis Wietfeldt and Coral Vogel and several great nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his father Virgil Duve, brother Jeffrey Duve and his nephew Alex Duve. A memorial service will be held at noon on Monday, July 29, 2019 at Faith Lutheran Church, 4241 Williamson Road, Saginaw, MI 48601. Pastor Timothy Behnke will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until time of the service.
