Obituary of William R. Clingaman

Clingaman Jr., William R. Bay City, Michigan Mr. Clingaman, age 51, died on Sunday August 18, 2019 at his home. William Russell Jr. was born in Bay City on July 26, 1968 to the late William and Margaret (Confer) Clingaman. William was a builder for many years. Mr. Clingaman is survived by his wife Amy L. Green-Clingaman of Bay City, his children; Brian Knapp of Bay City and Kristie (Ryan Badour) Knapp of Bay City, his granddaughter Paige Nicole Knapp. Also surviving are his step father Donald Kerr of Bay City, brothers and sisters; Connie (Dave) Rochow of Bay City, Willis (Nathalie) Clingaman of Colorado Springs, CO, Rod (Ashley ) Clingaman of Saginaw, and Tammy Mularz of Waynesboro, VA, brothers in law; Ron Green of Bay City, Jim (Erin) Green of Bay City and many nieces and nephews survive. A life celebration gathering will be held from 2:00 P.M. until ? on Sunday September 8, 2019 at the family home 4707 Cedar Lane, Bay City with a memorial given at 3:00 P.M.
