Mrs. Wheelock, age 76, passed away on Wednesday September 4, 2019 with family by her side. Sandy was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 10, 1943 to the late Charles and Elizabeth (Tebics) Kimmel. Mrs. Wheelock is survived by 2 sons and 1 daughter; Tom (Kim) Turner of Florida, Chad Turner of Saginaw, MI and Tricia (Allan) Ogg of Saginaw, MI. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren; Andy, "TJ", Mitchell, Beau & Hunter Turner, Alissa (Brandon) Chan & Brock Jesse, and 4 great grandchildren; Mackenzie, Addison, Evelyn and Sloane Chan. She was preceded in death by 3 sons; Mitchell, Marc and Scott Turner and by husband, Bruce. Following her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family prayer service has been held.
