Obituary of Alma McCready

Alma M. McCready (Bilacic) of Turner, MI passed away at home on September 5, 2019. Alma was born to Mike and Helen Bilacic. She was one of seven children, Anna, John, Elsie, Henry, Ed and Michael. She married Jim McCready and had two children, Lillian and Mike. Alma retired from the postal services after 35 years of being sub rural carrier/clerk and 25 years as the postmaster of Turner. She leaves behind one daughter Lillian (Rick) McCready; granddaughters, Gail (John) Rowbottom and Wendy Powell; great-grandchildren, Jamie (Bryan) Tanner, Jonathan Rowbottom and Jasmine Voss; great-great-grandchildren, Conner Downes and Adelynne Tanner. She wass preceded in death by her husband Jim McCready and son Mike McCready. Alma will always be remembered as a smiling and happy woman. In her words, "A lucky woman to have the husband and family I did." As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
