So sorry to here this news my prayers go out to his family and friends. I met Mike at Palmer Oil co a long time ago. I became pretty good Freinds with him and Dan. Over the years we had a lot of laughs. It used to be one of my main stops at the Fletcher building looking at the progress him and Dan had made on the cars. And a little bit of partying never hurt. I still talk about them days a lot. Sorry we happens to drift apart over the years. I would see him delivering fuel at Baders once in a while and we would always say that we needed to get together. I wish we would have. He will greatly be missed and I will never forget him. I'm sure we will meet again. Kevin and Karen Snyder p.s. Dan get a hold of me . 989-737-8758

My prayers go out to the family. I've known Mike since High School and remember the red Firebird. Mike came to work for us in the 80's and continued on until dad sold the fuel business. I got to know most of his family over the years and watched Jennifer grow up, he was family to us and will be missed.

I used to work with Mike at Suburban. I would calibrate his fuel trucks. He was always out lending a hand wherever he was needed. Great guy, huge loss. My prayers are with you all.

I haven't seen Michael since we were in elementary school. I remember him as being a very nice and well behaved boy. I remember him walking to and from school with his two older brothers. I recently found some pictures from St. Stan's and remembered him immediately. I wondered if he was still blonde and what he was doing with his life. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing. I am sure that your parents will be welcoming you at the gates of Paradise. RIP Mike, until we meet again! Pamela Latocki

As an infant, Mike always had a smile on his face and was laughing. As a child, he was ready to play. Mike enjoyed assembling tinker toys, erector sets and model cars. At this young age he developed his interest in cars. In high school, he owned a red Firebird and could be heard "burning rubber" around Central high school. You would find him with his head under a hood or under the chassis of a car, always repairing & tinkering. Last year he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He came out to Chicago for treatment & surgery. It helped prolong his life so he could enjoy another Michigan summer. Then it started to spread everywhere. They say bone cancer is the most painful and he fought like a champ. He put up a good fight! You will be missed dearly for your jokes and laughter. Heaven will be happy to add you to their family!
Your loving sister,
Judy
