Obituary of David H. Holland

Holland, David H. Saginaw, Michigan David H. Holland, age 83, died on January 12, 2020 at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, MI. David was born on September 11,1936 to the late Herbert and Ann (Teplinski) Holland. He graduated from St. Andrews High School in 1954. He served in the US Army and attended Central Michigan University. He is survived by his wife, Sally; three children, Jennifer Childs, Deborah Brigdon and Mark (Deborah) Holland, one grandson Ronald Spindler and one great granddaughter Madilyne Childs. Also surviving are three step children, Brian (Karin) Hobbs, Lisa (Jim) Bourcier and Brad (Sarah) Hobbs, two step grandchildren Nolan Hohensee and Brynne Hohensee, one sister Carol Holland, two brothers Herbert Holland and James (Jamie) Holland and one sister-in-law Patricia Holland. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Robert Holland. Dave was a special person who loved helping others. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather. He was loved and respected by his step family as well as many friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the VA Hospital for the wonderful care he received. They are really special people.
