Obituary of William "Bill" John Warmbier

William 'Bill' John Warmbier of Caro, age 76, passed away Tuesday Feburary 25, 2020, at his home with family by his side. He was born August 4, 1943 in Detroit to the late Alfred and Evelyn (Duncan) Warmbier. Bill attended Juanita County School and graduated from Mayville High School in 1961. Bill was united in marriage to Linda Joy Hutchinson on December 4, 1971 at Caro Sunshine Church. He worked as an electrician at Saginaw Steering Gear until his retirement, and enjoyed time spent with his family, friends, and pets. His hobbies included fishing, lure making, repairing items, and collecting. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Linda; children, Carmen and Randy Damm, William Alfred and Lori Warmbier, Lori and Bill Wright, Clifton 'CJ' Warmbier; friend, Becky Edmondson; grandchildren, Jason and Liz Damm, Ethan Damm, Morgan Warmbier, Bailey Warmbier, Louie Wright, Ally Wright; and great-grandchildren, Evelyn Damm and Rosemary Damm. Bill was preceded in death by his two elder brothers, Richard and Gerold. Services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 4pm at Ellington Church of the Nazarene.
