Obituary of Anne Lucille Powers

Powers, Anne Midland, MI Anne Powers passed away March 31, 2020, at age 92. She was born on January 24, 1928, in Flint, Michigan, to Aunda and Ivan Lockard. She was a world traveler, accomplished artist, seamstress, decorator, and excellent cook. She enjoyed gardening, her cats, and a good party. Anne is survived by her children, Raymond (Suzanne) DeSisto, Gail (Lee) McEmber, Roland (Sue) DeSisto; grandchildren, Robin (Joe) Powell, Matthew (Natalie) McEmber, Michael (Whitney) McEmber, Raymond DeSisto, Joey DeSisto, Rafael DeSisto, and Elena DeSisto; great-grandchildren, Colton Powell, Charlie Powell, Houston Powell, Madilynn DeSisto, Silas McEmber, and Roman DeSisto; sister, Gail Beyer; cousin, Dorothy Longhouse; nieces, Linda Beyer, Connie Beyer; and nephew Mark Beyer. Anne was predeceased by her husband, Roland DeSisto; husband, Joseph Wayman; and husband, Paul Powers. A life celebration will occur at a later date. Private interment has been made at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint, Michigan.
