It was my pleasure taking care of Mr. France at the Saginaw VAMC. I was hoping to see him again after this pandemic and have been thinking about him. I enjoyed so much the time I spent with Ted. We had a northern Michigan connection and bonded instantly. He was one of the few individuals that could walk into my office at the Law Enforcement Center unannounced because I had so much respect for him and enjoyed him immensely. His greatest joy was his family. My prayers are with you.

I recall how happy and friendly Ted always was. His photography was amazing and the love he displayed for his family was apparent every time Uncle Ron and I had the pleasure of visiting with him.
