Dale Phillips passed away on March 31, 2020 at the age of 79. He was born April 18, 1940 to Joseph and Lucille Phillips. Dale is survived by his spouse, Phyllis; children, Lesley Phillips and Brad Phillips; and grandchildren, Lawyer III, Aleisha and Noah. A life celebration will be held at a later date.
