Obituary of Scott Christopher Leist

Scott Christopher Leist, a lifelong resident of Bay City, Michigan left our earthly presence on Saturday, May 2, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas Leroy and Mary Patricia Osborn Leist as well as his older brother, Mark Steven Leist. He is survived by his sisters, Jackie Kammerzell, Linda Baranek, and Sabrina and husband Henry DeAbla, and two brothers, Dallas and wife Marcie Leist and Michael Leist. Scott was born in Bay City, Michigan on September 13, 1959 and lived each day with full adventure. He had a passion for anything that went fast - rather car, boat or motorcycle. He most enjoyed sharing time with family and friends especially outside with a bonfire a plus. He had no children of his own but gloried in spending time with his beloved nieces and nephews - each now being left with memories of "Uncle Scott" that will live for a lifetime and be shared for generations to come. Scott touched many throughout his life with his smiles you could never catch on film. He had a teddy bear hug and heart that could melt an iceberg.
