Obituary of Amber L. Legue

Legue, Amber Vassar, Michigan Amber went to be with the Lord on August 2, 2020 at the age of 35. She was born in Saginaw, MIchigan on June 15, 1985 to Wayne Legue and Betty Jean Moncman. She was a loving mother and teacher to her "Sonshine" Johny. Amber appreciated the little things in life, quality time, music, good conversation and coffee. She loved the Bible, growing spiritually, helping people and her "porch church". Amber was a talented artist who loved to repurpose and create. She is survived by her son, John Hoornstra; father, Wayne (Mary) Legue; mother, Betty Jean Moncman (John Isaacs); stepmother, Judy Legue (Steve Coulter); grandparents, Dale (Linda) Legue and Kenneth and Shirley Loomis; siblings, Heather Legue (Frank Knickerbocker Jr.) and Dillon (Catherine) Legue; step-siblings, Jessica (Cameron) Edmonds and Shaun Spencer; nieces and nephew, Ayden Legue, Shaun and Madison Bellah, Brock Mueller, Landon Warren, Kaiden and Jack Edmonds, and Landon Spencer. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved Amber very much. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sally Legue; step-sister, Michell Mueller; and cousin, Carrie Colosky. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 PM, August 9, 2020, at 7343 North Lake Rd, MIllington, MI 48746. Amber's request for cremation were fulfilled by the Cremation Society of Mid Michigan.
