Obituary of Barbara Ann (Scott) Curley

Barbara Ann (Scott) Curley, age 82, of Midland MI, passed away on August 12, 2020, was the daughter of the late Walter J Scott and the late Treva Marie (Ritenour) Scott. Barbara was born August 22, 1938, and married Boyd Jr. Curley on August 28, 1955, almost 65 years ago. Barbara worked at Newberry's, Lee Linens, and Rite-Aid in Midland MI. She was a member of the Moose Club. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting, arts and crafts, and collecting coins. Barbara enjoyed bingo, bowling, clog dancing, flowers, gardening, playing cards, baking, and cooking. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time and socializing with family and friends at all family gatherings and holidays. Barbara is survived by her husband Boyd Jr. Curley; 2 sisters, Penny Hinkle and Nicki Haskins; 7 children; 24 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great grandchildren; plus 1 great-great grandchild predeceased, Connor. Barb and Boyd's seven children and their spouses are Beth and Mike Letts, Dave, Bill and Sue, Tammy and Mike Long, Linda and John, Jody, Brenda and Joe Clingan. The Curley family would like to thank the doctors and nurses from Mid-Michigan Regional Center, Home Healthcare, and Hospice. Thank you friends and family for your support.
