Obituary of E.M. Winnie Frederick

Frederick, Winnie M. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Frederick, age 94, died on Monday August 17, 2020. Euphemie Marie "Winnie" was born in Bay City on August 19, 1925 to the late James and Stella (Walkowiak) Hool. She was a member of St. Gabriel Parish in Auburn. Winnie enjoyed golfing, playing cards and trips to the casino with her friend Joanie. Mrs. Frederick is survived by her 3 children, Shirley (Bill) Russell of Saginaw, Connie (Tim) Heitzig of Bay City and James (Jane) Schmidt of Tampa, FL. Also surviving are grandchildren, Kim (Joe) Sova, Greg (Kayla) Heitzig, Kellie Heitzig and fiancé Brian Foulds, Jamie (Israel) Cavazos, and Christine (Don) Young; great-grandchildren, Carley and Ryan Sova, Charlotte and Hannah Heitzig, Frederick Foulds, IJ and Aiden Covazos, Austin, Dylan, and Kaylie Young; and special friend, Joan Glasser. She was preceded in death by her husband Don Frederick; her sister and brother, Delores Hughes and Alfred Hool. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM, Monday, September 14, 2020 at St. Gabriel Parish, 84 W. Midland Road, Auburn Michigan. The family will be present to receive friends prior to mass, beginning at 9:30 AM.
