It was very sad to hear that Kent has passed away.
I knew and worked with Kent early in his career in Ken Count's Manufacturing Development Group after Kent's graduation from Purdue. He was a great hands on engineer, a hard worker, and a joy to work with on various projects.
I also had a chance to play touch football and softball with Kent. He was the center our football team (I think he played center for Buena Vista High School and was all state). He loved the blocking part of being a center. He also played softball and I think his favorite part of this sport was the game recaps we had at Ray's Bar after the game.
We are sorry he is gone. Our thoughts and prayers to his family.
