Obituary of Philip L. Harris

Harris, Philip South Branch, MI Phil, age 77, passed away September 19, 2020. He was born in Flint, Michigan on February 14, 1943, to the late Lloyd and Vina Harris. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4217 in Hale, MI and Sons of the American Legion #0422. He enjoyed being surrounded by his family, fishing, hunting and playing euchre. He is survived by Connie, his wife of 29 years; children, Scott (Rhonda) Harris, Jeff Harris, Melissa Harris, Troy (Alissa) Harris, Philip (Tamara) Harris, Pam (Tony) Potter, and Mark Boyden; 19 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Lymn Harris; several nieces and nephews; many extended family; and friends. A Private Funeral Service will be held for immediate family. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider sending beer, new fishing tackle, bait, deer feed, and ammo.
