Obituary of Marcia Kay Robinson
Marcia Kay (Phillips) Robinson, age 69, of Bay City, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020. She was born in Tuscon Arizona to James Philips and Mary (Mason) Ramon. She loved music, watching wrestling, movies, family and friends, her Native American History, and was an avid dog lover.
She is survived by her son, Ronald DeCauter; sisters, Jeanette Neal, Peggy Phillips, Katrina Ramon; brothers, Don and Mark Ramon, Ronald Ramon, Joel Ramon, Nobel Ramon, and Tony Ramon; many nieces, nephews, and friends; special friends, Debbie and Susie, and many more. She was predeceased by her parents; son, David John; sister, Nora; and brother, Charles Phillips.
