Obituary of Lee Roger Sensabaugh

Lee Roger Sensabaugh, age 81, was born November 30, 1939 and passed away peacefully in his sleep December 8, 2020, and is now visiting with “the man upstairs”! Lee is survived by his children, Julie and Bob Dailey of Mt. Pleasant, MI; Debra and Drew Anderson of Kincheloe, MI along with their children Joshua & Jessica, Eric and Lisa & Travis, and Lena Hall; Gail and Steve Smith of Mayville, MI along with their children, Alecia, Andrew and Allen; Scott and Tina Sensabaugh of Divide, CO along with their children T.J. & Amanda, Cody and Dalton and Lana and Ken Kosek of Wasilla, AK and their children, Anna & Scott, Beth and Alex. Lee is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and countless others whom he considered “his kids” throughout the neighborhood and throughout the years. Lee is survived as well by his sister, Carol and Theo Hilts of Rose City, MI, and their children, Bill, Russ, Laura, Sandy and Rick; his brother, Butch and Connie Sensabaugh of Lupton, MI., and their children, Matt, Dawn and Pat, all of whom he cared about so much! Lee is best known for his “kindest human ever” spirit …. many people knew him as the nicest man they’d ever known. He was also known for his unique building abilities. He could take nothing and make a magnificent mountain out of it! He was a master craftsman carpenter in his younger days, although his greatest accomplishment is his five kids and their families.
