Passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 62. She was born on March 20, 1958 to the late Wayne O’Neal Ragan and Alice (DeSander) Ragan in Saginaw Michigan.
She attended Birch Run Schools and held many jobs throughout her life, making several friends. She was a nurturer, always making sure people had what they needed, physically and spiritually. Linda married Gary on June 20, 1987. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, taking walks, and working on crafts. She was an outreach minister/director at the Lifeline Church of God in Clio. She was active with praise and worship. She also organized multiple other outreach ministries and was active in many charities. She loved to spread the word of God and reached out to many through her devotion and obedience to Christ.
Surviving are her husband, Gary Dickinson; children; Don (Angie) Partlo, Dan (Jill) Partlo, Joshua (fiancé Tiffany Urbanawiz) Seaver, Chrissy (Ray) Perry, and David Partlo; grandchildren, Lilly Warner, Adah Partlo, Tessa Partlo, Chase Hetzel, Preston Hetzel, Aurora Seaver, Delilah Seaver, William Urbanawiz, Reilly Perry, Taylor Perry, and David Partlo Jr; brothers, Wayne (Kathy) Ragan, and Ron (Marge) Ragan; sisters, Debbie Oehring and Cheryl (Gene) Dumler; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Erwin (Clementina) Ragan.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, and final details will be announced later.
