Obituary of Gerald Joseph Martin

Gerald J. Martin passed away January 9, 2021, at the age of 83. He was born in Wyandotte Michigan, June 20, 1937 to the late Francis and John Martin. He was a member of the American Legion, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and the Loyal Order of the Moose. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching and attending sporting events. He was employed as a supervisor at AT&T, and retired after 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife Dorothy; daughter, Kim (Daniel) Martin; son, Daniel; 2 grandchildren, Mikaela 8 and Lincoln 1 ½; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his two sisters, Rose Marie (Edward) Nowarta and Mary Margaret (Jess) Kovacs; and four brothers, John (Maryann), Arthur, Edward, and Robert. A life celebration will be held later this year.
