Obituary of Mark John Schneider

Schneider, Mark John Saginaw, MI Mark, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2021. Mark was born in Buffalo, NY and was a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan. Go Bills! Mark was a retired engineer from General Motors where he worked for over 30 years, was a member of the American Metallurgical Society, and was a Veteran of the U. S. Air Force. In addition, he was a professor at Delta College. He enjoyed singing and attending karaoke nights at local establishments. Mark loved to cook, and he and his best friend, James, catered many special events and won best BBQ in Saginaw many years ago. He is survived by four children, Eric Saleh, Sean, Cory, and Megan (Eric) Liebrock; one grandchild, Luna Liebrock and one on the way. He is also survived by his siblings, Sharon (Ron) Ackendorf, Darlene Arbor, Paul Schneider, and David Schneider; nieces, nephews, many cousins, and good friends. Mark was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Helen Schneider; a special uncle and aunt, Jim and Rose Schneider; and brother-in-law, Richard Arbor. A memorial service will take place at a later date in the summer where friends and family can celebrate the life of Mark. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Mark.
