Obituary of Gary Duane Messina

Messina, Gary Duane Sebewaing, MI Gary, age 64, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at McLaren Bay Region after a long illness. Gary was born September 24, 1956 in Wayne County Michigan to Helen and Tony Messina. He was employed at Profile Gear in Ruby Michigan for 29 years. Gary enjoyed fishing, especially with his son. He cherished his family and beloved pets. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his mother, Helen Messina of Clinton Township Michigan; his wife, Cynthia Messina of Sebewaing MI; son, Gary Ryan Messina of Sebewaing MI; daughter, Yvonne Cloverbreeze of Columbia MO; grandsons, Brantley Messina of Port Huron MI and Brian Cloverbreeze of Columbia MO; granddaughter, Ainsley Messina of Port Huron MI; sisters, Carol (Ed) Cloutier of Ruby MI and Elaine Pferrman of Butler KY; sister-in-law, Kathy Messina of Clinton Township MI; nephew, Wes and Jen Cloutier of North Street MI; niece, Toni and Jeff Harris of Kenockee NI; and several other nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Tony Messina; brother, Mark Messina; and sisters, Connie and Kim Messina. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
