JoAnn Mary Jasman, 79, of Essexville was born into eternal life on Sunday February 14, 2021 at Brian’s House. JoAnn was born on April 30, 1941 in Bay City, Michigan, the daughter of the late Oscar and Almira (Wiedyk) Bokhart. JoAnn leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Thomas (Michelle) Jasman, Jan (Roy) Schalk, grandchildren, Jimmy Jasman, Brooke Jasman, Zachary (Molly) Schalk, Craig Schalk, Brittany Schalk, great-grandchild, Liam Schalk, brother Donald (Maureen) Bokhart. In addition to her parents, JoAnn was welcomed to heaven by her sisters, Laura (Joseph) Darling and Nancy (Walter) Beehler and grandson, Joshua Jasman. Per JoAnn’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to McLaren Hospice and Brian’s House for their compassionate care.
