Mrs. Cook, age 86, passed away peacefully on Saturday April 10, 2021. Marlene was born on December 3, 1934 in Leonville, Louisiana to the late Leonard and Frieda (Stelly) Rivette. Marlene was a lifelong resident of Saginaw, Michigan. Marlene enjoyed being outside with a book or word search and listening to country music.
Mrs. Cook is survived by her children, Mike (Shelly), Gary, Skip, Brenda, Andrea, and step-daughter, Wilma. Also surviving are 29 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren; her sister, Janice; 2 brothers, Wayne and Norward; and her Rosien Tower’s family that she loved dearly. Marlene was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Leonard; her children, Terry, Billy, Pat, DeEtta and Jake; daughter-in- law, Linda; sons-in-law, Doug and Carl; and very special friend, Felix.
