I am so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing, even though I knew that she always had her eyes heavenward and knew that she would be with the Lord soon. She was not afraid of this day and actually looked forward to her final reward of being with Jesus.
I am including this photo of a cross stitched wall hanging with a Bible verse that was made for me by Ruth 20 years ago. (You can see that she "signed" the wall hanging at the bottom, right). I ran into Ruth at a store and told her that I was looking for the verse, Joshua 24:15, to hang on my wall. For me, it was a family verse that was always hanging in my parents' house and I wanted to do the same but could not find it. Ruth immediately offered to cross stitch the verse for me as a gift and this photo shows you the result. It's beautiful! I had it framed and it still hangs in my home today! Ruth was always generous with her God-given gifts, friendship and advice. She was a wonderful example of a woman of God. She will be dearly missed! My sincere condolences to Dale and all of Ruth's family. God bless you all.
