I was very saddened to hear of Don's passing, my heartfelt condolences to Don's family and friends, he was a great pal of mine from Kearsley schools and I have thought of him many times since then, I often visited Don at his parent's house on Belsay rd, Don had a Crestwood guitar he was learning to play, my Grandpa bought me a Crestwood and I learned to play, the first time I ever heard Led Zeppelin was at Don's, we were both very interested in history, particularly military history, we were only about 12 years old and talked constantly about music and history, Don also had a clever sense of humor, those are just some of the things I will remember about Don..our 50-year high school reunion was last week and I was looking forward to seeing him, Godspeed and well done Don on a life well lived
