Since hearing, I've spent my days, Praying for Peace and Comfort to you Ron, Amy, Joseph, David, Julie, Beth Family & Friends. Janis truly has been a warm and wonderful person to so many. Wow...What comes to mind right now is that Ron built a house.. but Janis really made it more than a Home.. but a true Gathering place. Ron, smiling and reaping great memories from his hard work. Truly remarkable. Janis and Julie mostly had our family get togethers and so much love & laughter was shared. She truly was an example of what it means to cherish our Elders, our young people and especially the itty bitty babies. When our kids were little we loved and encouraged & help one another. God knows goodbye is the hardest on us. Janis, I can just imagine your new Adventure in Heaven.

Jan is my sister-in-law and in my life for over 30 years now....she was such a special person, everyone who knew her immediately loved her. She was a Godly woman and so caring and loving to everyone. Very generous and kind. I will miss her friendship, laughter, conversation and her presence in our family...I know she is with the Lord, but my heart is sad that she is gone from here. I will greatly miss her!

Ed and I will always remember the lovely luncheon Jan prepared for us during our visit to Bradenton. It was a great time of fellowship together indeed! We will miss Jan in this life but we are comfort ed knowing she is with the Lord. May the family love one another with the love of Jesus always and in the days ahead.

We knew Jan and Ron during the early days of Shiloh fellowship, New Covenant Christian Church. We shared worship meetings, home groups, prayer meetings, and our lives together. We remember them as a kind, loving couple. I am sorry we have not stayed in touch over the years. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Ron and the family. John 11:25

Jan took care of our kids when they were little, 2 and 5 years old. They loved Jan and loved going to her house. They were blond like Jan, and most people thought they were her kids at the grocery store and such. They swam in the pool, played and were so happy in her care. What a wonderful woman, she has always held a very special place in our hearts.

Jan was one-of-a-kind and will be dearly missed by all of us. Jan’s loving care of our girls growing up provided us not only with peace of mind, but a loving friend and care giver. Her ability to nurture the kids in her care was unbelievable. We’ll never forget the bike parades, holiday cookie making and sharing with neighbors, swimming, videos, fort building and so much more.
