Dear Sue and girls, just want to share my condolences with you for your dad/Grandpa's passing. Sam was always a hoot! Somehow he had my cell phone number programmed in his phone and if he could not reach Mark (Dr. Mark Smith) or if Mark didn't answer him as fast he wanted he would call me 20 times until I called him back. I work at Genesys Regional Medical Center and one time he called the receptionist who then called my boss because Sam really really needed to talk to me. I was worried I'll tell you. So I called him back right then from work, and he just wanted to tell me to have Mark call him back!! I was laughing so hard... I think he wanted cigarettes or something silly. He may have tried to have a gruff exterior, but he really did have a heart of gold. And I know he missed your mom terribly so now Rose can keep him back in line up in heaven. I am sending each of you prayers of peace while remembering a good man. :heart:
