Obituary of Eric John Kerkau

Eric John Kerkau, 48, of Bay City, Michigan passed away Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019. He was born May 7th, 1971 in Bay City. On June, 21st, 1991, he married Tiffany Schmidt. Eric & Tiffany had three sons together: Cohl, Cameron & Cayden Kerkau. Eric worked as a car salesman at Midland Ford Lincoln. Eric also helped many people while he worked as an EMT & Dialysis Technician. In his free time, Eric loved riding his motorcycle. Eric (Whiplash) was a member of Black Pistons Motorcycle Club, where he belonged to a tight knit brotherhood. Those who knew Eric remember him as a loyal man who, "takes care of his own". Eric is survived by his partner, Tiffany Schmidt; sons & daughter-in-law, Cohl, Cameron, Cayden & Payton Kerkau; stepson, George Ingersoll; grandson, Ira Kerkau; mother, Ericka Haas; brother, Gernot Haas; sister, Jasmine Haas; nieces and nephews, Heidi Pintar & her husband Jamie Pintar, Vince Chevalier & his wife Julie Chevalier, & Danielle Chevalier. A service will be held to celebrate Eric's life at: 1903 Durand Street, Saginaw MI at 3 o'clock pm on Saturday, August 3rd.
