I had the privilege to work with Sandra at Morley, She was a very sweet person and always fun to talk with, and a great person to work with. I will always remember her as a caring person. When she returned from Cape Cod she brought me a coffee mug. It's the only cup I use at home. It will always remind me of her.

So sad to hear of Sandy's passing. I had the chance to work with Sandy at South and Thompson. Sandy was a dedicated teacher and always had high expectations for her students. She gave her best.

Colleen,
First let me start by stating I am not a family member but we are friends of Sandy and the Deal's. Sandy's obituary is about her not you or the " Family" you reference. The fact that you felt compelled to comment speaks volumes and is exactly why you and the others you mentioned weren't included in her obituary. I/we find Sandy's obituary very befitting... Sandy being able to have the last say about all of you!

Sandy was always one of my biggest cheerleaders. She wasn't fearful of honesty or difficulties, and she knew her heart. She loved our family deeply. She was proud of all of us and told us every chance she could. We will miss her very much. Xoxo
