Steph & Jay,
You will never know the love and fun I was so blessed to share with your mom and dad. I worked for many years with your mom at Samaritan Hospital. We (my husband & your parents) had fun I will never ever forget at all our Samaritan Christmas Parties + any other fun we could dream up. Your mom and I would have a contest every year to see which one of us could get the cheapest fancy shoes for the parties. Your dad and my husband learned to sit and listen to the winner that year brag to everyone at the party. Your mom was my sister in all those years at the hospital, and your dad went right along with us. I really do think of them so much when my brain goes back to those times. You were so blessed to have them in your life as your parents.
I was fortunate to get to speak to Stan on the phone b4 he went to the hospital this last time. Now I know how lucky I was.
I am so happy to have watch you both grow up through the pride your parents showed when they spoke of you both.
Love, Judy (Woods) Vermeesch

My uncle Stan has left me with many fond memories ! Many family events at his house, the Maida's or ours wouldn't have been the same without Stans humor and personality !! I will never forget him rubbing the top of my head vigorously or giving me the a very strong handshake as a child !! RIP Uncle Stan !! You will be missed !!
