My husband and I met Pat in Traverse City Michigan through my sister-in-law Sandy Graham. We lived in Michigan for 49 years till we moved to Naples Florida. My son Trent had passed away in 1997 and we had to fly to Traverse for his funeral .This was a horrific time i our lives but Pat and Sandy drove down and picked us up at the airport. From than on from Sandy bring all the frames and craft boxes and whatever we needed she brought. Her and Pat drove us everywhere we needed to go.From eating to our hotel , back and forth to the Life's Story funeral home and just comforting people to be around. We had never Pat before that weekend but he were so lucky to have these two watch our backs because it was a sudden death and were not mentally prepared to even take care of ourselves or each other. If it hadn't been for these two wonderful people especially Sandy because this is so her always giving and giving of herself.,but I have to say Pat was by her side giving without even knowing us. He will be greatly missed ,I stopped by to see him on one of my yearly trips to Michigan and he had been sick awhile and was so glad I got to see him again. I send my prayers to the family and Sandy again because she wAs there for him till he passed. I know it's not easy believe me and really there are no words to express that you haven't heard a hundred times. He will be missed by those that loved him , he sure made a big impression on me as my husband knew him but that was the first time I met him. May God take care of him and he will always be present in your heart and lives. Love Joe and Cindy Kasper
