I got to know HARLAN through his amazing wife, Betsy. I brought my daughter Bella to their house each week for singing/music enrichment. HARLAN was always kind, happy & he always was very complimentary regarding Betsy. He was a gentleman & a good friend to us. They were a great team! On one of my first visits to their house, Harlan took me back to his “museum”, a back bedroom in their house, to show me his treasure trove of rocks & found treasures. He had shelves & shelves of wonderful things. Being a rock hound myself, I was thrilled to see & hear about everything. I knew Harlan was a Cool Cat after seeing his treasures. What an interesting man!!
I’m so sad he has passed. We all lost a good person!! My heart goes out to Betsy & their family. God bless you!! Sending love & hugs. (Take care, Betsy! Bella & I love you.)
